September is finally kicking into gear for Toronto real estate, with buyers out in stronger force compared to just a week ago, with gains between 30 to 156 per cent across all home types.
The month-over-month picture, however, is a bit of a mixed bag, with shorter-term sales coming up two per cent short for both detached houses and condos. Semi-detached and townhouses — home types with typically much smaller inventories — saw increases of 65 and 28 per cent, with 15 and five more sold, respectively.
