Led by entrepreneur Ross McCredie, Vancouver-based Sutton Group has announced that they are partnering with Kelowna-based Ace Project Marketing, the latest move by the McCredie-led real estate company as it continues to expand its horizons.

The partnership will see Ace’s project marketing expertise and experience working with developers join forces with Sutton’s national network of over 6,000 agents in a way that the two say will benefit developers, real estate agents, and homebuyers.

As part of the partnership, Ace Project Marketing will be launching Ace Everywhere, a project marketing program designed exclusively for Sutton Group’s agents.

The firms said in a press release that the "program combines Ace’s centralized strategy, marketing and production capabilities with local agents’ market knowledge, relationships and licensed sales expertise.”

The result is Sutton agents will have support to work with presales, and Ace will bring its expertise to new markets across the country.

“For developers, the partnership brings together Ace’s insights into purchaser expectations and its sales and marketing expertise with Sutton’s national reach,” the companies said. “This collaboration offers a trusted sales and marketing pipeline, helping developers connect their projects with prospective buyers and the agents who advise them. By streamlining projects and maximizing presale success rates, the partnership supports market-driven developments and long-term success.”

“Combining Sutton’s national network of 6,000 agents with Ace’s customized market intelligence and project marketing expertise allows us to deliver data-driven solutions grounded in a people-first approach,” said Ace CEO Chad MacTavish. “Ace Everywhere gives us a practical way to grow alongside Sutton’s agents, combining the strength of a national platform with the local expertise every development needs. It reflects our confidence in the long-term opportunity for Canadian housing and our commitment to building the capabilities to support it.”

“This partnership with Ace combines Sutton’s deep local roots across Canada with expertise in new housing, exactly when it’s needed most,” added Sutton Group President James Innis. “With new-home construction starts and preconstruction sales facing significant headwinds, we’re helping shape much-needed housing solutions that reflect the needs of each community, and giving our agents new ways to support buyers through a changing market.”

Sutton Group

Commenting on the partnership, Sutton Group CEO Ross McCredie called it “an exciting step forward in enhancing the services within Canadian real estate” and part of the company’s “technology-driven approach” towards delivering unparalleled value and homeowner-focused solutions for Canadians.

Sutton Group has taken several steps forward in recent years, after McCredie — through McCredie Investments — acquired the company in 2023. McCredie has spent the past few years positioning the company for long-term success in a technology-driven world and pushing the company towards a wealth-management model.

Those moves include the November 2025 acquisition of Ottawa-based real estate data technology company Homicity. With the acquisition, Homicity Co-Founder and CEO Jamie Blades joined Sutton Group as VP of Technology & Partner Success.

This spring, the company then announced a partnership with American luxury real estate brokerage Elliman (formerly known as Douglas Elliman) that would see the two companies create a new two-way referral program for their agents.

That same month, Sutton Group also announced that myAbode — an AI-driven deal processing “operating system” for residential brokerages — was making a strategic investment in Sutton Group and providing its brokerage optimization technology to Sutton’s agents.

Sutton Group has also continued to expand its footprint, opening new offices in Surrey, West Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Stratford, and Gatineau-Ottawa over the past 12 months.
