The home's exterior was remodeled in 2017, and now features paving stones in the front and back, a new front doorway, and a full exterior paint job.
"The results were stunning and it gave us a lot of pleasure to have so many neighbours come up to us and say how much they appreciated the way the house," Wilson said. "Many of them remember the Satan’s Choice days with fondness, as although older now, they can still recount times when they were invited to join some of the apparently legendary parties that took place in the house!"
According to Wilson, he and his wife's ownership aligned with an "uplift in the fortunes" in the Riverside area. The Broadview Hotel's opening, alongside other moves made by Streetcar Developments, have contributed, he said. Situated just north of Queen Street, the house is a stone's throw from the bustling strip, Riverside Square, and Joel Weeks Park.
