In honour of the real estate group's one-year anniversary, Pivot is hosting an exclusive opportunity to get in on the ground floor of many of the GTA's up-and-coming developments.

Taking place Saturday, July 29, the One-Day Sales Event is popping up at Hilton Markham's Conference Centre 3.

The event will feature more than 20 sites from across the GTA, as well as nearby areas including Port Colborne, Woodstock, and Barrie.

Under Baz Group, Spring Living Retirement and Community has acquired seven existing retirement residences, while Marlin Spring has picked up a to-be-developed site directly adjacent to Kipling GO Station in Etobicoke.

The new build in the Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto would offer 60 new residential units and 1,140 sq. m of retail space.
