Ursula doesn't have a motor, which technically disqualifies the craft from houseboat status, but she has been recently surveyed as a marine vessel; the paperwork is available to whoever snaps this listing up. According to the listing, relocation will mean tugging or towing (no cruising off into the sunset, sorry!), though winter storage can be arranged at the marina if you're not ready to move before the season ends.
