Recently listed on Kijiji, a 428-square-foot creation crafted by Alberta's Teacup Tiny Homes is now available for sale. The mobile home, complete with a design that competes with the cozy-yet-contemporary condos of the downtown core, is asking $190,000.

Though, the seller writes, the "final price [is] negotiable."

"This brand new cozy home could be a primary residence for someone wanting to live simply," reads the posting's description, "or could make a great cottage or Airbnb rental."

Further, Angela Jones, who posted the listing, tells STOREYS it has never been lived in. Spanning 34 feet by 10 feet, and standing 13 feet tall, the four-season mobile home was reportedly completed by Teacup Tiny Homes in May of 2020.

According to the sale listing, the tiny home is fitted with a propane furnace, a stove, a washer and dryer, and is completely set up for solar installation.
