After quite a build up, which started with a teaser announcement last summer and then a store locations announcement in January, Zellers is officially back in British Columbia, with all four stores in BC now officially open.
These are currently the only four Zellers locations in BC, but in its announcement in January, the Hudson's Bay Company did not rule out more stores beyond the 25 that were announced nationwide. Whether or not we see more stores will likely depend on the success of this first wave.
Zellers is returning almost exactly 10 years after most of its locations across Canada were shuttered due to decreasing profits. The four BC locations come after 12 locations across Alberta and Ontario opened on Thursday, March 23.
For those who can't make it out to any of the stores (or would prefer to avoid the long lines), Zellers' online shopping website is already up and running, with free shipping on orders over $69.

The four Zellers locations in BC are:
Pacific Centre
City: Vancouver
Address: 674 Granville Street
The Vancouver location is located in CF Pacific Centre in Downtown Vancouver -- the same building that houses the Hudson's Bay flagship store. Pacific Centre is easily accessible via public transit, whether it be from the Expo Line's Granville Station or the Canada Line's Vancouver City Centre Station, and the shopping centre is also a few blocks away from Waterfront Station.
Guildford Town Centre
City: Surrey
Address: 10355 152nd Street
The Surrey location is located in Guildford Town Centre, which is about a seven-minute drive east from Surrey Central. For those looking to transit, multiple buses are available at Surrey Central Station on the Expo Line SkyTrain, and the ride takes just a bit over 10 minutes.
Sevenoaks Shopping Centre
City: Abbotsford
Address: 32900 South Fraser Way
The Abbotsford location is the best one for those who live beyond Langley, and is located within Sevenoaks Shopping Centre, which also has a big Hudson's Bay store. It's not particularly transit-friendly, but it would, however, be the best location for those in the United States who want to see what the Zellers buzz is all about as it's only a 15-minute drive north from the border.
Aberdeen Mall
City: Kamloops
Address: 1320 Trans-Canada Highway
Not to be confused with Aberdeen Centre in Richmond, this Zellers location is in Aberdeen Mall in Kamloops, and it's the best location for those who live in or around the Okanagan Valley. Aberdeen Mall is located a 10-minute drive southwest from Kamloop's City Centre, and is also home to a large Hudson's Bay store.
