Point bank: A new report revealed that our fair city remains the most expensive place to rent a one-bedroom in the entire country, with the average rent for a one-bedroom reaching $2300. And let's not forget that the annual rental rate is expected to continue rising by 7% in Toronto this year.


That being said, you might be happy to learn that listings much cheaper than this actually exist.
