Anyone gearing up to head out and about in Toronto this weekend will need to plan ahead if they want to avoid the many major road closures that will be taking place.
With the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon taking place this Sunday, October 16, and the usual onslaught of construction continuing, navigating the city could become a bit tricky, to say the least.
