As sky-high real estate prices continue to be a challenge in Toronto, hopeful homeowners may find solace knowing that there are affordable condos out there that fit their budget—they just need to know where to look.
This month, we teamed up with Zoocasa to bring you a list of the most affordable condos sold in Toronto between December 15 and January 15, 2020, demonstrating that there are 'affordable' options out there.
Each of these properties sold for $268,000 or less, which is well below the average price of a condo/apartment in Toronto, which is currently $633,948, according to the latest report from the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB).
