This month, we teamed up with Zoocasa to bring you a list of the most affordable condos sold in Toronto between February 15 and March 15, 2020, demonstrating that there are ‘affordable’ options out there.

Each of these properties sold for $270,000 or less, which is well below the average price of a condo/apartment in Toronto, which is currently $666,358, according to the latest report from the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB).
