Based on the casting call released Monday, in order to be considered for Love It or List It Toronto, residents must own a home in the GTA and surrounding area and are in need of some expert design and construction help.

Homeowners must also have a minimum reno and design budget of $75,000 and be willing to move out of their house for the duration of the renovation/shoot.

If you meet all of the casting requirements, all that's left to do is apply -- which consists of filling out an online questionnaire and submitting a short video tour of your house and photos of each room.

Good luck!
