Whether you're in the market for a new job or you're just curious as to what's out there, Forbes has released its annual list of Canada's Best Employers.
Once again, Forbes partnered with market research company Statista and surveyed 8000 Canadians who work for businesses with at least 500 employees to come up with its list of the country's best employers for 2020.

"Canadians have been enjoying a strong job market of late, with the unemployment rate hovering at 5.6% after reaching an all-time low of 5.4% earlier last year," reads the Forbes' report. "While good news for employees, this environment has tested employers, challenging them to do more to attract and retain top talent. As always, some firms are outpacing the competition."
For the third year in a row, Google's Toronto office claimed the number one spot, while Hydro-Québec in Montreal and Cisco Systems in Toronto rounded out the second and third spots.
Though the list featured companies from all across the country, 15 of the top 25 employers were based in Ontario, while seven of the top 25 were based specifically in Toronto.
This year, two real-estate firms made it onto the list, with RE/MAX Integra claiming the 44th spot and Keller Williams Realty coming in 207th.
