Alexander Sannikov Appointed President and CEO Of Dream Industrial

Dream Industrial announced the appointment of a new president and chief executive officer on Thursday. The real estate investment trust said that Alexander Sannikov will step into the role effective January 1, 2024.

Sannikov has been with Dream since 2008, the company said in a LinkedIn post yesterday. He joined the Dream Industrial management team in 2019.

In his just-announced role as president and CEO, Sannikov will “oversee all aspects of the business as Dream Industrial continues to execute on core pillars of its strategy,” Dream also said in the post.

Dream Industrial REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. The company owns, manages, and operates a portfolio of 321 industrial assets. Those assets total around 70.3 million sq. ft of gross leasable area across Canada, the US, and Europe, according to the company's website.
