You only live once. That’s why -- if you have a cool $14.8M to drop on real estate -- you may want to consider homegrown superstar Drake’s mansion as a new place to call home. And throw epic parties.

Drake just listed his English Tudor-style Hidden Hills “YOLO Estate" (for those in the dark, YOLO = you only live once).

And, if you're reading this, it's not too late to make an offer.

Previously owned by Hugh Hefner (oh, if those walls could talk), the sprawling seven-bedroom abode can be described as a luxurious adult playground. The 12,500 sq. ft mansion features celeb-worthy must-haves like a private movie theatre, a recording studio, tennis and basketball courts, a wine cellar, a tasting room, and a resort-like swimming pool with waterfalls, a grotto, a massive water slide, and a swim-up bar. 

Not to mention, the property also features a horse stable and equestrian ring (and a mechanical bull for those who prefer motorized animals). How could you get bored?

If the jam-packed home isn’t enough for you, the rapper is also selling the two estates he owns next door. For a package deal, all three come with a $22.2M price tag for the entire compound.  According to the Los Angeles Times, Drake first purchased the main house, the "YOLO estate" in 2012. He bought the ranch next door for $2.85M in 2015, and another neighbouring ranch for $4.5 million in 2018.

According to TMZ, Drake may have a prospective buyer in no other than the recently-freed Britney Spears, who is said to have toured the property on Tuesday, along with other notable names like Caitlyn Jenner. 

This isn’t to say that Drake is packing up and leaving California for good; he reportedly just dropped $70M on another property in Beverly Hills that previously belonged to Robbie Williams. Of course, when he’s home in Toronto, we all know where to find him; at his equally as jam-packed (and highly Googled) Bridle Path home.
