Another month has come and passed and November saw a lot of new hires and promotions across British Columbia's real estate industry. Several industry and industry-adjacent companies welcomed new leaders to their ranks, including Bosa Properties, the Royal Bank of Canada, Troika Management Corp, and Avison Young.
Here are all the people who changed jobs or received promotions last month.
Development
- Jeff Kennedy has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Kelowna-based Troika Management Corp.
- Brad Klassen has been named Chief Governance Officer at Troika Management Corp.
- Bruce Ma has joined Wanson Group as VP of Real Estate Development, after five years at Create Properties.
- Taylor Archer has returned to Beedie as VP of Leasing, after two years at Anthem.
- Phil Mitchell has joined Bosa Properties as Director of Development, Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Matthew Kristo has joined Bosa Properties as a Senior Development and Construction Manager.
- Louise Zu has been promoted to Manager of Corporate Accounting at Bosa Properties.
- Daniela Andreev has been promoted to Manager of Corporate Accounting at Bosa Properties.
- Camille Iverson has joined Concert Properties as Corporate Communications Manager.
- Nick Collett has been promoted to Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Astria Properties.
- Danny Ross has joined UBC Properties Trust as Senior Development Manager.

- Jeff Pang has been promoted to Director of Land Development for the City of Surrey.
- Forest Borch has joined the City of Vancouver’s Green & Resilient Buildings Branch.
- Denis Naidu has joined BC Housing as a Project Technologist.
- Tyler Caswell has been promoted to Planner Specialist at the City of Kelowna.

- Brett Armstrong has been named Managing Director of Avison Young’s Vancouver office.
- Harmony Cornwell is joining Floorspace as Associate Vice President.
- Philip Jenkins has joined JLL Vancouver as Senior Project Manager, Construction Services.
- Eduardo Tanc has been promoted to Financial Analysis Manager at Colliers’ Development Advisory team in Vancouver.
- Angela Calbury has joined Avison Young Vancouver as a Market Intelligence Analyst after nearly 16 years at Altus Group.
