July has blurred into August and the Civic Holiday is nearly upon us.

While many businesses will close their doors on Monday, August 7, some shopping centres, grocery stores, and pharmacies will remain open, albeit with reduced hours. It's best to check with individual stores for their holiday hours.

Most major attractions will operate as well, giving you plenty of options for some long weekend entertainment.
