Last week, NAIOP Vancouver, which represents members of the commercial real estate sector in British Columbia, revealed the finalists for its 2024 Commercial Real Estate Awards.

The NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Awards is a biennial program that happens every two years, which means this year's awards covers both 2022 and 2023.


"This year's event aims to honour outstanding achievements spanning various disciplines involved in shaping successful commercial real estate solutions," NAIOP Vancouver said. "From property owners to developers and professional advisors, these awards spotlight the pivotal leadership roles played by industry stakeholders. The program celebrates excellence in quality and performance, innovation and creativity, teamwork, and collaboration, as well as a commitment to community and environmental awareness."

This year's awards ceremony will be held on Wednesday, May 29, at the Rocky Mountaineer Vancouver Station at 1755 Cottrell Street. Tickets are currently on sale, with sales closing on Wednesday, May 22.

The awards span the office and industrial sectors, for both developments and leasing — among other categories. One final award, the Developing Leader Award, is still currently taking nominations, with one winner to be announced for the 2022 calendar year and one for 2023.
