The plans to build a 6-tower condo development in Mississauga have recently been resubmitted to the City.
Plans for the project have been revised from the initial proposal from Liberty Development, and if approved, would see a series of DIALOG-designed condominium towers and townhomes rise at 91 Eglinton Avenue East, just east of Hurontario Street and a few blocks north of Highway 403.

The project was first introduced in 2018 and has since undergone revisions in January and June of 2019, and then most recently in February 2020, according to the City of Mississauga.
While the plans have definitely been scaled down from the initial proposal, the updated plan still calls for six towers and townhomes, however, of lower heights than what was previously submitted. Now, the buildings would stand 13, 19, 24, 25, 35, and 37 storeys.

If approved, the 4.83 hectare (11.93 acre) project would also house public parks and a children's play area, measuring 3,286.5 m² and 1,297 m².

The resubmitted plans also say there will be a total of 2,433 units, featuring a mixture of bachelor, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom suites.
The resubmitted plans say the project would also feature indoor and outdoor amenities for residents and bicycle and vehicle parking throughout the grounds.
