Think it's impossible to find a place in the city for under $250,000? Think again.
Between June 15 and July 15, 2019, multiple condos sold for $250,000 and under. Below, Zoocasa shares the five cheapest condos that sold in Toronto within the past month. From one-bedroom units with parking to four bedrooms at over 1,200 sq. ft., these sales prove affordable units are difficult, but not impossible to find.

This condo near Yorkdale Mall sold for $5,000 under asking. The condo last sold for just $173,500 in 2011 and was listed and terminated at $187,500 in 2014.

Steps away from transit, this condo sold for $45,800 under asking. Taxes and maintenance fees on the unit are also fairly low, coming in at just $813 and $520, respectively.
2105 – 320 Dixon Rd. – Sold for $240,000

This spacious condo sold slightly over asking, but at $240,000 it's still a steal. The building is just one bus ride away from the subway and comes with clear views of the city skyline.

A short distance from Malvern Mall, this condo sold for $35,000 over asking. The condo last sold for just $128,000 in 2016.
126 – 4721 Jane St. – Sold for $190,000
Bedrooms: 4 + 1Bathrooms: 2Parking: 1Sq. Footage: 1200 – 1399
This four-bedroom townhome is within walking distance of York University. The two-storey apartment was originally posted for sale in 2004 at $115,000. It was taken off the market three months later and reposted for $109,000. After expiring in 2005, the unit was posted one last time this May for $220,000.
