The Toronto real estate market continues to slow as we approach the holiday season, with month-over-month declines between 30 – 57 per cent across all home types. The annual picture, however, reveals some improvement; detached homes remain on the path to recovery, with sales up 11 per cent from the same month in 2017, while activity for townhouses for sale in Toronto rose 6 per cent.
Semi-detached homes and condos had a softer week, both posting declines of -8 per cent and -4 per cent, respectively – a trend we can expect to continue throughout the remainder of the year.
