Down the hall waits an outdoor hot tub and second balcony, which is connected to a laundry room that circles back to the primary retreat.

The main attraction, however, is undoubtedly the spacious sun room up on the third level, which sits beneath 14' vaulted ceilings and is anchored by a fish pond. It's a stunning space that's almost completely glass, providing an abundance of lounging space on top of true 360-degree views.

We're tempted to say that you can't buy that kind of "wow" factor. Except in this case, you can.
