She adds that it’s the perfect option for bachelors and young families alike, as well as downsizers looking for a chic, well-located pied-à-terre. “There’s a lot of variability, just based on its sheer size.”
Kadri, who played as centreman for the Leafs between 2010 - 2019, has owned the unit since 2018, having purchased it directly from the developer. Given the condo’s just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Air Canada Centre, it likely made for an extremely convenient commute.
