If you were hoping to turn your property into your dream home, you’re in luck. Drew and Jonathan Scott are in search of GTA homeowners who are looking to renovate.
The search is for their new show “Property Brothers: Forever Home.” Unlike their original HGTV show, the new series isn’t trying to flip houses for profit. Instead, the Scott brothers aim to help families transform their regular home into the house of their dreams.

“Too many people think, ‘Oh the kitchen doesn’t work for me, I have to move, I need to move into a house that has exactly what I need.’ But they’re not realizing that with a little TLC and a little creative vision, they could actually have a beautiful home they’ve always wanted within their home,” Drew told Global News about the new series.
“Forever Home” is about families who know they’ve found the perfect place to settle down but just need help transforming their home since renovations can be quite costly.
The HGTV stars are currently looking for homeowners in Mississauga, Etobicoke or North York to feature on the show. If chosen, the renovations could start as early as April, Toronto Star reports.
“We work fast, with most projects take five to seven weeks from start to finish,” Drew said on the HGTV website. “We have very high standards and you’re getting our more than 20 years of design experience. Our transformations are completely move-in ready – including construction, design and all the bells and whistles. How many contractors can offer that?”

Homeowners who are featured on the show will get to choose between two 3D renovations drafted by Jonathan. The mockups will take into consideration the homeowners’ budget (which should be at least $100,000), as well as what features they love and want to keep.
The Vancouver-born twins have found huge success with HGTV. “Forever Home” will be their sixth show on the network, alongside “Property Brothers,” “Buying and Selling,” “Brother vs. Brother,” “Property Brothers At Home,” and “Brothers Take New Orleans.”
