It's been a HOT start to Autumn!
You'd be surprised how many wonderful FREE things there are to do this weekend, as we near the end September. There's something for everyone to do, no matter their tastes.

1. Culture Days at the Gardiner Museum
Where: Gardiner Museum — 111 Queen's ParkWhen: Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This entire weekend, the Gardiner Museum has FREE admission. Plus, there will be live clay demonstrations and activities courtesy of Canada's national celebration of arts and culture.
2. Lancôme ExtraÔrdinary Spaces
Where: Hudson's Bay — 176 Yonge St., 7th Floor
When: Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
This brand new popup is ongoing until Oct. 21. Open everyday, you can delight in a new Instagram photo in front of a gorgeous background. Check out products onsite.
3. The Fried Chicken Fest
Where: Erindale Go Station — 1320 Rathburn Rd. W
When: Saturday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
If you love fried chicken, this is the place for you! There's free admission but make sure to bring cash to try out some eats.
4. Beaches Fall Festival
Where: Bob Acton Park — 45 William Hancox Ave.
When: Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This is the third year in a row this family-friendly event has happened. Bring your kids down for wood oven pizza, a BBQ, vendors, activities, games and a beer garden.
5. Harvest Apple Festival
Where: Evergreen Brickworks — 550 Bayview Ave.
When: Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Head down to Evergreen Brickworks for this exciting harvest, where you can find locally sourced apples from within a 300km radius. You can also sample an exclusive cider crafted just for the occasion!
6. OCAD Artist Alley 2019
Where: The Great Haul at OCAD University — 100 McCaul St., 2nd Floor
When: Sunday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.
This student-run market is free to everyone and is an opportunity to support local artists. Whether you're just window shopping or want to purchase something, this will be a fun event to check out.
7. 2019 Toronto Anarchist Bookfair
Where: CSI Annex — 720 Bathurst St.
When: Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Whether you're an anarchist or just curious, you can drop by the Centre for Social Innovation in The Annex for workshops and literature.
8. Etsy: Made in Canada Toronto 2019
Where: MaRS Discovery District — 101 College St.
When: Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This event celebrates Etsy makers and artisans from across the country, bringing them together for an event connecting shoppers with vendors.
9. Kensington Market Art Fair
Where: Kensington Market — 77 Nassau St.
When: Sunday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
It's your last chance to visit this art fair! The final market takes place this Sunday, bringing you a curated selection of artists showcasing their work in several different mediums.
10. Kensington Flea Market
Where: Kensington Market — 214 August Ave.
When: Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In the heart of Kensington Market, you'll find a wonderful open-air flea market filled with wonderful artistans and vendors from Toronto and beyond.

11. Art & Wellness

When: Saturday from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This event hosted by Myseum and Elder Dr. Duke Redbird is part of programming for Wigwam Chi-Chemung, an evolving art installation and Indigenous learning centre at Ontario place. Stop by for two art workshops and talks, explored through an Indigenous lens.
