It’s that time of year again! The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) has unveiled its picks for the best in the design, construction, marketing, and sales of new homes in the Greater Toronto Area.
The winners of the 2024 BILD Awards were announced at a ceremony on Thursday, May 30, 2024, where 49 awards were handed out to major players in the homebuilding game. Winners were selected from over 930 submitted entries by 40 expert judges from across North America.
“The BILD Awards is one of the largest and most prestigious awards programs of its kind in North America,” said Dave Wilkes, BILD President & CEO. “This year’s finalists and winners exemplify outstanding innovation and showcase the excellence of the building industry in the Greater Toronto Area.”
Of particular note was BILD’s Lifetime Achievement Award, which was presented to Alan Menkes, President High-Rise Developer for Menkes Developments. The Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest honour BILD can present to a member.
