After a rainy, hazy week, Toronto is in for a scorching, and possibly sunny, Canada Day.

A high of 25°C is in the forecast for July 1, but a touch of humidity will make it feel like 31°C. There's a chance of showers, but only 1-3 mm of rain are expected, giving you ample time to enjoy the fireworks and festivals taking place around the city.

As a national statutory holiday, many stores, businesses, and services will be closed on Canada Day. And with July 1 falling on a Saturday this year, a number will have their hours affected the following Monday.
