Although temperatures are on the decline in Toronto, the turkey dinners will still be coming in hot for Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving Monday falls on October 14 this year, and in stat holiday fashion, many businesses and services will be closed, while others will observe modified hours. Most notably, government services, as well as all LCBO and Beer Store locations will be closed on Monday, alongside a number of malls and grocery stores.
If you’re not venturing out of town to see family and friends this weekend, fret not — there will be plenty to see and do around the city. But be sure to plan ahead to ensure you make the most of the holiday.
