Hit HGTV Canada show Love It or List It is still looking to cast homeowners living in or around the Greater Toronto Area that are in need of some help turning their pad into their dream home.
The long-running television initially announced it was looking for homeowners who are conflicted with whether they want to love or list their home to be cast on the upcoming Toronto season back in January, but the show announced Thursday that it is still casting.
The show’s talented design team -- led by interior designer Hilary Farr -- will renovate homeowner’s once-beloved homes, while the savvy real estate agent, David Visentin, will tempt them with their new dream home, forcing homeowners to make a very tough decision: Should you Love It or List It?
Based on the casting call, in order to be considered for Love It or List It Toronto, residents must own a home in the GTA and surrounding area and are in need of some expert design and construction help.

Homeowners must also have a minimum reno and design budget of $75,000 and be willing to move out of their house for the duration of the renovation/shoot.
The network says it’s also asking for homeowners who are outgoing, fun, and enthusiastic and are available to be on camera for up to 7 weekdays of filming (staggered over 6-8 weeks).
If you meet all of the casting requirements, all that’s left to do is apply -- which consists of filling out an online questionnaire and submitting a short video tour of your house and photos of each room.
Good luck!
