It's spooky season! Halloween is on a Thursday this year, meaning many partygoers will be headed out this weekend to celebrate. There's a ton of events to check out but some are shaping up to be especially haunting.

1. Friday Night Live: Wicked

3. 80s Starcourt Halloween Spooktacular
Where: Gladstone Hotel — 1214 Queen St. W
When: Friday from 9 p.m. to Saturday at 2 a.m.
Price: $30-40
If you're a Stranger Things fan, this is the party for you. The Gladstone Hotel is set to transform into the Starcourt Mall, with Glamour Shots, Jazzercise, Tacos Ahoy, live music, DJs, pop-up performances and more.
4. J E L L Y Halloween
Where: Glad Day Bookshop — 524 Oakwood Ave.
When: Saturday from 10:30 p.m. to Sunday at 2:30 a.m.
Price: $10
This LGBTQ+ party takes over the Glad Day bookshop Saturday night for an evening of fun. Skip the culturally appropriative costumes otherwise you'll be in for a major fright! Dance to the beats from the flyest demoness Young Teesh, bringing house, trap, dancehall, vogue and more to get down with.
5. Promise Halloween!
Where: Lithuanian House — 1572 Bloor St. W
When: Saturday from 10 p.m. to Sunday at 5 a.m.
Price: $40-50
It's time to dress up for a wild party that'll be bumping until late. Expect a night of fantastic music from DJs local and far. If you're looking to boogie yourself into an early grave, this is the place to do it.
6. Sissy: Bloodbath

When: Saturday from 10 p.m. to Sunday at 3 a.m.

Get ready to rave with The RUDE Collective. Bring your best leather, chains, straps, bodysuits, rubber, kink, pups, whips and whichever fantastic creations you can conjure up! Feast your eyes upon a bloody costume and runway competition.
7. DDBX is Fucking Dead X

When: Saturday from 10 p.m. to Sunday at 3 a.m.
Price: $15+
In celebration of Dudebox's ten year anniversary, this event is set to take over a currently undisclosed venue that organizers say will be quite the surprise. Expect DJs like Nino Brown, Kuruza, New Currency, James Redi, Jon Chetty and Black Friend. One hundred per cent of profits will be donated to Rise Tribe, an organization dedicated to powering the next generation of Filipino-Canadians.
8. SNAILOWEEN 2019
Where: 146 Ossington Avenue — 146 Ossington Ave.
When: Saturday from 8 p.m. to Sunday at 1 a.m.
Price: $30-50
Toronto's iconic comic book store The Silver Snail is back this year with another party filled with costumes, performances and craziness in the city's west end. Expect thousands of dollars in prizes, classic carnival gaming and themed selfie stations.
9. Chronologic Halloween: Storming Area 51
Where: The Garrison — 1197 Dundas St. W
When: Friday from 10 p.m. to Sunday at 2:30 a.m.
Price: $5
Enjoy Halloween music across the ages, from 1890 to 2019, played in chronological order. Hit the dance floor and get ready to storm Area 51. Will you dress up as an otherworldly creature?
10. The Wukking Dead Halloween 2019
Where: The Vue — 195 Galaxy Blvd.
When: Saturday from 10 p.m. to Sunday at 2:30 a.m.

Do you love Soca, Reggae, Reggaeton, Afrobeats, Chutney and Indian music? Well, this is the Halloween party you should hit up this weekend. This two room event will have you bumping until the early morning. Show up in your best costume and get ready to dance.
