Well, we blinked and it’s December.
Although there’s not a snowflake to be found, Toronto is certainly abuzz with its hallmark seasonal activities, including the Distillery District’s annual Winter Village -- where you can sip on hot cocoa and gnaw on an entire turkey leg... oh, the glory -- the (dog-friendly) Etobicoke-Lakeshore Santa Claus Parade, and the return of leisure skating at City-operated rinks.
If you’re venturing into the City for some winter fun this weekend, be mindful that, as always, some roads will be closed and it will be slow-moving for others. A comprehensive list of road restrictions and ongoing closures can be found on the City’s website.
