1. Aritzia


Popular women's clothing retailer Aritzia is set to open their first store in the Kitsilano neighbourhood of Vancouver after agreeing to lease a space in the West 4th Avenue retail corridor this month. Aritzia will occupy the unique museum-like building that sits at the corner of West 4th Avenue and Yew Street.

2. Regency Lexus

Regency Lexus will be setting up a Regency Lexus Studio within the Station Square mixed-use development by Anthem Properties and Beedie in Burnaby, in a unit right along Kingsway near the intersection with McKay Avenue. The studio will serve as a showroom and is expected to open this fall.
3. Sephora
PCI Developments acquired the 21.9-acre Cottonwood Centre shopping mall in 2019. Their property management company, Warrington PCI, has since brought in Save On Foods and an Old Navy, among other notable tenants, with Sephora set to join the mall now as well, Warrington PCI announced this month.

1. Unknown Tenants

Two spaces at 815 West Hastings Street were leased to two different tenants this month, including one for a space on the building's top floor. Tenant improvements are expected to be completed in the coming months. The 815 West Hastings building sits right next to the Auberge Vancouver hotel and Terminal City Club, a short walk away from Waterfront Station.

1. Donair Dude

Popular mediterranean eatery Donair Dude, which operates multiple locations across Metro Vancouver, has leased a food grade industrial facility in Abbotsford for a lease term of 10 years. The space is equipped with multiple coolers and freezers, a separated full clear loading dock, and an office space on the second floor.

1. 2194 West 4th Avenue (Vancouver)

Right across the street from where Aritzia's new aforementioned Kitsilano location will be is a smaller retail space that's available immediately and offers much of the same benefits. The unit is sandwiched in between the 49th Parallel Cafe at the intersection and a Vivobarefoot shoe store.

Office

1. 969 Robson Street (Vancouver)

It's not a Class-AAA office space (it's Class A), but it's in a prime location at the intersection of Robson Street and Burrard Street, in the heart of the Robson shopping district in downtown Vancouver, in close proximity to both the Expo Line SkyTrain and Canada Line SkyTrain. The large retail space on the ground floor was previously occupied by Victoria's Secret, but is now set to be occupied by Adidas, after Victoria's Secret decided to relocate to a space inside CF Pacific Centre.

2. 1008 Homer Street (Vancouver)

Also in downtown Vancouver, office suites of various sizes are currently available within the mixed-use building at 1008 Homer Street. The building is located near Yaletown and also sits just a few blocks away from the Vancouver Public Library, BC Place, and the rest of downtown Vancouver. The ground floor is currently occupied by a Shoppers Drug Mart and TD Canada Trust.

3. 889 West Pender Street (Vancouver)

For those looking for a smaller office space, one is currently available at 889 West Pender Street, an eight-storey office building originally constructed in 1983, according to BC Assessment. The building is conveniently located at the intersection of West Pender Street and Hornby Street, a short walk away from Waterfront Station, and the space is immediately available.

1. 5041 Byrne Road (Burnaby)

New modern warehouse space is currently available to be leased at 5041 Byrne Road in the Big Bend area of South Burnaby near the Fraser River. This particular space consists of a 1,963-sq. ft mezzanine and a ground floor with 12,632 sq. ft of space. The space includes two docks, two EV charging stations, 32-ft ceilings, and occupancy can be expected in November 2024.
