THE INSIGHTS

Where did you grow up?

Montréal

What neighbourhood do you live in now?

Mont-Tremblant.

What made you want to become a real estate agent?

I started as a hockey player. I went from that to selling for a developer, and eventually became a real estate agent.

What’s the biggest challenge you see facing the market today?

Low inventory and high demand.

What is the single best piece of advice you have for sellers?

The price has to be right.

What is the single best piece of advice you have for buyers?

Be ready when making an offer. Have proof of funds or be pre-approved for financing.

What’s the best thing a realtor can invest in for their brand (a bus bench ad, a solid Instagram strategy, etc.)?

A solid database, repeat advertising, and utilizing social media.

Who do you look up to in the industry and why?

I look up to every successful broker.

Is there anything you wish people knew or understood about realtors that you think they’re constantly getting wrong?

The perception of the 'easy commission.' Brokering is a lot of work, pre-present-past transaction.

Tell us about your favourite (or most memorable) sale.

I hold several record sales in the Mont-Tremblant area, but my highest sale was a project called Panache for 20 million dollars.

The three words you hope your clients use to describe you.

Dedicated, trustful, fun.

What’s your favourite thing to do outside of selling houses?

Golfing and training!
