THE INSIGHTS

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Mississauga and Brampton, surrounded by great communities and diverse neighbourhoods. I lived in Oshawa while attending university and later moved to downtown Toronto for another university. These experiences gave me a solid understanding of the entire GTA and its unique charm.

What neighbourhood do you live in now?

I live in Brampton West, a fantastic neighbourhood with great connectivity and access to everything you need. It’s a welcoming community where families thrive, and I’m proud to call it home.

What made you want to become a real estate agent?

I love helping people make big life moves. Real estate is the perfect mix of strategy, relationships, and creativity. Whether it’s a family upgrading to their dream home or an investor finding their next opportunity, being part of those moments is what drives me.

What’s the biggest challenge you see facing the market today?

Affordability is a real challenge, especially with interest rates shifting so much. It’s tough for buyers and sellers to know the right move, which is why having a knowledgeable REALTOR® to guide you is more important than ever.

What’s the single best advice you have for sellers?

First impressions are everything. Make your home shine, from staging to pricing it right. A well-prepped home attracts more buyers and gets the best offers.

What’s the single best advice you have for buyers?

Know your budget and get pre-approved before starting your search. Being prepared means you can move quickly when the perfect home comes along—and feel confident doing it.

What’s the best thing a realtor can invest in for their brand (a bus bench ad, a solid Instagram strategy, etc.)?

Be a storyteller. People connect with you, not just your listings. A strong Instagram strategy lets you share your expertise, showcase properties, and build trust with clients.

Who do you look up to in the industry and why?

I admire agents who put their clients first while staying ahead of market trends. Those who genuinely care and adapt to change inspire me to do better every day.

Is there anything you wish people knew or understood about realtors that you think they’re constantly getting wrong?

It’s not just about showing houses! We spend hours researching, negotiating, and managing details to make sure every transaction is smooth and stress-free. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes.

Tell us about your favourite (or most memorable) sale.

Helping a young family find a bigger home with a great school nearby was unforgettable. Seeing their excitement as they pictured their future made it all worth it.

The three words you hope your clients use to describe you.

Knowledgeable, approachable, reliable.

What’s your favourite thing to do outside of selling houses?

I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new places in the GTA, and staying active. I’m also deeply involved in training real estate agents and mentoring aspiring REALTORS®. Sharing my knowledge and helping others grow in this industry is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. It’s a way to give back and ensure excellence in real estate.
