Like the rest of Toronto's real estate market, the city's condo market appears to be balancing out.

According to the Toronto Real Estate Board, the Toronto condo market saw the strongest price growth in May, jumping 4.9 per cent to $590,876. Condo sales also rose from last year jumping six per cent to 2,542.
