Bright lights, inspiring speakers, innovative tech sessions, and thousands of real estate professionals from around the world: these were all pivotal elements of Keller Williams’ (KW) 2025 Family Reunion.

Held in February at the Mandalay Bay Convention Centre in Las Vegas, the annual affair featured 70 vendors and 20 internal KW booths — and is widely celebrated as the global real estate event of the year.

This wasn’t the first KW Family Reunion for Ben and Kelvin Wong, the next generation heading Greater Toronto Area (GTA) real estate firm Living Realty, a leading firm founded by their father — Stephen Wong — back in 1980. While the pair attended last year’s larger-than-life event, this year marked a notable difference: Living Realty is freshly in a powerhouse partnership with KW that has the industry buzzing, and the brand now officially called KW Living Realty.

“It really does feel like a ‘family get-together,’” says Kelvin of the KW Family Reunion. “Despite people coming from all around the world, from all different parts of the business, everyone is super friendly, inviting, and engaging. They want to hear from you, learn more about you, and see how they can collaborate. It’s difficult to understand for someone who hasn’t been there, but you really feel like you’re in a massive room full of allies who want to help each other succeed.”

The KW Family Reunion is an affair one needs to see firsthand to fully grasp its magnitude, scale, and energy.

“It’s so hard to describe the enormity of the event; you have to experience it to understand it,” says Ben. “It's very hard to convey, in words, the kind of the breadth and scope of the offerings that Keller Williams has, but Family Reunion is a great space for that to happen. I'm happy to say that it went better than our wildest dreams.”

Over 20 of Living Realty’s GTA-based agents got to be part of the action at 2025's event.

“On their own accord, the agents packed their days from 7am to 4pm to soak in as much as they could,” Ben reflects. “They were engaged and inspired by the energy. It truly was a transformative experience for them – one that left no doubt that the KW partnership was the right decision for the company.”

Kelvin shares the sentiment, agreeing that the highlight was witnessing the reactions of their Living Realty team members who hadn’t experienced the event before. “Ben and I knew what to expect,” says Kelvin. “For the team, it was a brand-new experience and I could tell how excited and amazed they were by the size, scope, and magnitude. They attended sessions all throughout the days and came back excited with notes, contact cards, and ideas. All of them were brimming with excitement by the end, and were inspired to work hard to grow their business. I am very much looking forward to seeing what they do.”

What's On The Schedule?

Participants took part in the multifaceted programming across a jam-packed five days. Programming covered everything from tips to working smarter (not harder), strategies for success, and carving out niche markets (for example, the divorce space), through to hosting real estate events, building consumer confidence with Google reviews, and building effective YouTube channels – plus so much more.

“Through the number of courses, topics, and specialists on hand, they really covered everything to help agents grow and learn,” says Kelvin. “Even topics that may seem fringe – like self-storage properties – had an entire session devoted to them, with panelists and specialists teaching the audience how to approach this growing type of business. If you can think of it in real estate, there was a session covering it.”

Ben cites one of his key takeaways as how open and transparent the real estate professionals were in sharing their insight, knowledge, and strategy. “It’s a very open culture, where people are happy to share their tricks of the trade, with a focus on mutual success,” says Ben. “This was something that drew us to KW from the start.”

Living In The Spotlight

Notably, Ben and Kelvin took to the stage for an interview with KW Executive Chairman and Co-Founder Gary Keller. “That was a real honour," says Kelvin. "Our team was incredibly supportive and excited, and I could see they were thrilled and very proud. It was a great feeling – that sense of all of us really coming together for that moment.”

During the interview, Ben and Kelvin discussed the background and essence of Living Realty. “We shared how investing in our agents is a top priority, emphasized the value we place on personal connections and relationships, and underscored the importance of fostering and maintaining a family culture,” says Ben. Naturally, Living Realty shares these values with KW, making the partnership a perfect fit.

KW Living Realty

“KW and Living Realty thrive on development, growth and collaboration,” Kelvin explains. “Family Reunion expands on this — 1000x — for Living Realty. It opened the door for us to grow our network by 170,000 agents, reaching 60+ countries worldwide. We now have people we can call 'colleagues' across all the continents, so if we need help, referrals, or want to expand our horizons, there’s someone there who can lend a hand. Of course, this goes both ways: Living Realty has always been there to help our agents and staff; we extend the same helping hand to our new colleagues throughout KW — and worldwide.”

In the weeks since Living Realty has joined KW, they've already held multiple training sessions, and are scheduled now to host one of the most sought-after training courses in Keller Williams: Onward BOLD, a comprehensive, six-day program training mindset and business strategy. "We have a training calendar chock full of events throughout all of April and into May… It’s been quite a ride and our agents are thrilled, as are we," says Ben.

Of course, this is just the start of the powerful partnership for the two real estate brands. As for next year’s KW Family Reunion, it’s set to take place in Atlanta, Georgia, from February 21-26, 2026.
