The average cost of a condo in Toronto might be closer to $600,000 than $300,000, but that doesn't mean you can't find a place in the city for much less than that.

According to Zoocasa, there are a number of condos in the city for less than $250,000, if you're willing to go a little outside of the downtown core.

Below are the five cheapest condos sold in Toronto between May 14 and June 14, 2019. From one-bedroom units with no parking spots to two bedrooms at nearly 800 sq. ft., these sales prove affordable units are difficult, but not impossible to find.

Located in Kingsview Village, this condo sold for $10,000 over asking. Maintenance fees on the unit are also fairly low, coming in at just $445.

Who would've thought you could find a two-bedroom condo in Toronto for under $200,000?! Believe it or not, this condo in the West Hill neighbourhood sold for $25,000 under asking.
