The average rent price for a one-bedroom apartment in Toronto is currently $2,500. Despite this unaffordable price, there are still spaces in the city going for half the price.

We’ve teamed up with Zoocasa to bring you the cheapest rentals across the City of Toronto. From Oct. 15 to Nov. 15, the most affordable units were in Etobicoke, York, North York, Scarborough, the Upper Beaches and The Beaches.
Read on to find out more about the 10 cheapest rental listings in Toronto this month.
1. 13 Herzberg Grdns, North York — $800

This is an ideal spot for a York University student as this apartment is located right off campus. With a bike in tow, a lucky school goer could walk or bike to class.

Located in the same building as the cheapest rental of the month, this bachelor is an adorable AND affordable find for a York University student.

Located only seconds away from Eglinton Ave., this affordable rental is close to everything you need. While there are no pictures of the bachelor pad itself, the house itself looks pretty cute!

Yikes! This one looks a tad scary. Located near the Bathurst-Wilson intersection where 24 hour buses operate and minutes away from two subway stations, this find could be good for some who wants to be well-connected.
