Game 6 may be in Oakland, but that won't stop Toronto Raptors fans from flooding the streets of Toronto tonight.

The City of Toronto is bracing itself for another night of epic crowds taking in the NBA Finals in the 6ix. And, just like they did on Monday night, the city is teaming up with the TTC, GO Transit, Toronto Police Services and Maple Leaf Sports Entertainment to ensure another night of safe celebrations for Raptors fans.

With multiple street closures and various bus and streetcar diversions planned for Thursday night, fans are once again advised to leave their cars at home.

Roads affected by the closure include:

  • Maple Leaf Square (Bremner Blvd. from Lake Shore Blvd. W. to York St.) from 7 a.m. on June 13 until 2 a.m. on June 14
  • York St. between Lake Shore Blvd. W. and Front St. W. 9 a.m. on June 13 until 2 a.m. on June 14
  • Bremner Blvd. between Lower Simcoe St. and York St. from 9 a.m. on June 13 until 2 a.m. on June 14
  • Bremner Blvd. from Lower Simcoe St. to Rees St. from  5 p.m. on June 13 until 2 a.m. on June 14
  • Bremner Blvd. between Lower Simcoe St. between Lake Shore Blvd. W. and Front St. W. from 12 p.m. on June 13 until 2 a.m. on June 14
  • York-Bay-Yonge exit ramps (east and westbound) on the Gardiner Expy. from 10 p.m. on June 13 until 4 a.m. on June 14

TTC bus and streetcar routes affected by the game include:

As they did on Monday night, the TTC will ramp up subway and bus service before and after Thursday night's game. Five additional trains and 25 buses will be available with the final trains departing Union Station at 2:25 a.m. The TTC's Blue Night Network will also run all night as scheduled.

GO Transit will also have extra trains on standby following the game, however, due to road closures, Union Station Bus Terminal will shut down at 9 p.m. on Thursday night. Those heading North via GO are advised to take the subway to Highway 407 station where GO buses will be on standby.
