While sightseers are not required to book their seats in advance, Parkbus is offering reservations for a $10 refundable deposit. Otherwise, seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Currently, Parkbus is only offering a school bus for the free shuttle service. Passengers requiring an accessible vehicle are encouraged to contact Parkbus to discuss alternate options.

Each shuttle will also include a Parks Canada representative who can answer questions for first-time visitors.

Rouge National Urban Park is the largest urban park in North America and Canada's only national urban park. The park spreads across multiple municipalities including Scarborough, Markham and Pickering. Every day, Parkbus service will offer passengers a different drop-off option in the park.
